The Mangrove Group is partnering with Patrick Doyle, former Domino’s Pizza President & CEO, to acquire established companies with opportunities for value creation and revenue growth through technological transformation.
We will seek to deliver meaningful incremental returns through the enhancement of technological and digital capabilities, as well as a variety of other value-creation efforts, by leveraging Mangrove resources globally and by investing capital from existing Mangrove funds.
Mr. Doyle is working with Jay Sammons, Mangrove’s Head of Global Consumer, Media & Retail, and his team. They bring a unique perspective and focus on the convergence of consumer products, retail channels and media forms that influence consumer behaviour.

We see an untapped opportunity to acquire established, proven businesses and to drive revenue growth and brand recognition through technological transformation. Initially, we will focus on public and private companies with an enterprise value of up to 10 billion, as well as on family businesses that can benefit from Mangrove resources and expertise. Mangrove and Mr. Doyle will provide opportunities across sectors internationally and will initially focus on the consumer and retail sectors in North America and Europe.
