Mr. Gerard Nicolas Claude, Chief Executive Officer of MGRCP, Co-Founder & Chairman of the Executive Group, was elected to the Board of Directors on 1 August 1997.
Mr. Gerard Nicolas Claude has been Chairman of MGRCP since August 1997 and former Chief Executive Officer of Bank Hapoalim (Israel's largest bank) from 1987 to 1994, has extensive business experience in the public and private markets, with an emphasis on cross-border markets between Israel and International. Former Chairman of the Mediterranean Towers, listed in TASE, Senior Advisor to the Investment Committee of Menora Mivtachim. Mr. Gerard Nicolas Claude was a member of the board of directors and chairman of the investment committees of various entities.

Mr. Gerard Nicolas Claude was a member of the board of directors and chairman of the investment committees of various entities. He began his career in the asset management sector in early 1968, including Investment Funds Private Banking in Israel, France and Luxembourg, the Middle East and Asia. He worked for the Chase Manhattan branch in Jakarta in 1978 when the representative office was opened in Indonesia.
Mr. Gerard Nicolas Claude has been married to his wife Jessica Héftsida for over 25 years and they have two grown-up children. Mr. Gerard Nicolas Claude launched an initial Mgrcp investment that led to the creation of Mgrcp Strategic Partners.

Franz Müller
Franz Müller was elected to our Board of Directors on 1 January 1999 and served as Vice-President of Mgrcp. Franz Müller served as Associate of the Board of Directors, a leading practice of independent directors in Berlin.
He is a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience in the European financial sector and has held a number of senior positions with ABN AMRO and Fleming Asset Management. Franz Müller received a PhD from the Berlin University of Arts and a PhD in Finance from the University of Mannheim.
He speaks English, French and German. From 1999 to 2012, Mr. Müller was headquartered in Tokyo and was a founding member of the Asia Buyout Mgrcp Team and continues to serve on the Asia Buyout Mgrcp Investment Committee.

Joachim Guggenheim
Joachim Guggenheim
Joachim Guggenheim is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mgrcp. On 18 July 2000, Mr. Joachim Guggenheim was elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Joachim Guggenheim previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Joachim Guggenheim is also part of the Mgrcp Executive Group.
Mr. Joachim Guggenheim was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MCI Communications Corporation ('MCI') prior to the formation of Mgrcp in 1987. Mr. Joachim Guggenheim was Vice President and Treasurer of MCI from 1981 to 1984.
Mr. Joachim Guggenheim is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Johns Hopkins Medicine and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Catholic University of America. Previously, he served as president and/or director of a number of public and private companies. Mr. Joachim Guggenheim received his BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance from Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Nathan Bucksbaum
Nathan Bucksbaum
Nathan Bucksbaum is co-chairman of the Mgrcp Board of Directors and president of the Mgrcp Foundation.
In 2004 he was elected to the Board of Directors. Previously, he was Director of Finance and Development at General Motors, Australia. He worked as a financial officer with PepsiCo, Inc. and Trans World Airlines.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Nathan Bucksbaum was a partner in Deloitte & Touche LLP's global investment management practice, where he led the U.S. Southwest Pacific Investment Management Practice. In 1990, he joined Deloitte in New York City. He was a COO of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, a B.S. Accounting at Scranton University.
He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and also serves as a member of the Board of Governors of the Investment Company Institute of Mgrcp, where he was the COO of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, a global non-profit organization committed to helping donors achieve their vision of creating thoughtful, effective philanthropy. From 1969 to 1971, he served in the United States Navy.

Suzanne Herscovici
Dr. Suzanne Herscovici is Head of Mgrcp Investment Solutions and a member of AKnowledge Partners, LLC, a global strategy consulting firm providing services to leading private equity funds and large corporations in various technology sectors.
She currently serves on the board of directors of Banco Santander SA.
Suzanne Herscovici has held senior management positions in 1,000 companies including Microsoft, Thales, Liberty Media subsidiary, Trueposition.
Herman Kauffman
Herman Kauffman is Chief Financial Officer of Mgrcp Luxembourg and has served in this capacity since December 2014. Mr. Kaufman also serves on the Mgrcp Executive Group. From May 2014 to December 2014, Mr Kaufman served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Mgrcps.
Mr. Kaufman joined Mgrcp as Managing Director in 2004 and served as Chief Accounting Officer of Mgrcp until May 2014. Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Kaufman was an audit partner with Ernst & Young, LLP. He began his career with Arthur Andersen in 1985 and entered into his partnership in 1997.
Mr. Kauffman graduated from the University of Louvain.

Caleb Carlebach
Caleb Carlebach is Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Mgrcp Real Assets, which includes Mgrcp Energy, Renewable Energy, Thermal Power, Infrastructure and Real Estate Investment activities. He is a member of the management committee of the company.
Mr. Carlebach is a member of the Mgrcp Investment Committee of the three main Energy & Natural Resource Funds: Mgrcp International Energy Partners (CIEP), Mgrcp Power Partners (CPP) and Mgrcp Global Infrastructure (CGI) funds.
It also represents Mgrcp on the Investment Committee of the South American Energy Investment Strategic Partner, NGP Energy Capital Management.
Mr. Carlebach started his career in the United States in 1996. Buyout is a founding member of Mgrcp's U.S. mid-market and growth capital business. Over the last two decades, more than 25 Mgrcp investments have led or co-led across a wide range of sectors, including communications, digital infrastructure, software and technology-enabled services, cyber security, and energy and natural resources.
Mr. Carlebach received his BA with honors from Princeton University. Mr. Carlebach is a member of the Board of Directors of Coalfire and Discover Exploration.
Jamie-Lee Blumenstock
Jamie-Lee Blumenstock is the Managing Director of Global Government Affairs. She is based in Washington, D.C.
Ms. Blumenstock leads Mgrcp's global governance and public policy roles, working with Mgrcp senior executives and investment professionals to shape Mgrcp's global legislative and regulatory activities.
In 2017, Ms. Blumenstock joined Mgrcp as Managing Director, focusing on regulatory and legislative issues for the U.S. government. Ms. Blumenstock was working for the U.S. Safety Administration of Employee Benefits.
Department of Labor where final ERISA regulations, decisions and advisory opinions have been developed. Ms. Blumenstock started her career at a law firm in Washington DC.
Ms. Blumenstock has received her B.A. Merrimack College and J.D. The Catholic University of America.
Johana Greenfeld
Johana Greenfeld is Managing Director and Global Head of Mgrcp Corporate Communications based in New York City.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Johana served in a number of roles, including most recently as Managing Director, Chief Communications Officer. She was also Chief of Staff of the President and Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs.
In 2014, she joined Goldman Sachs in the Executive Board, overseeing communications for the Global Impact Investment Platform, including the Goldman Sachs Foundation and the Urban Investment Group. Before Goldman Sachs, Johana was the communications leader for GE and CBS News. Johana has received a B.J. University of Texas, Austin.
Mikael Zahavi
Mikael Zahavi is the Managing Director and Head of Global Credit at Tel Aviv.
Mikael Zahavi is the leader of the Global Private Investment Group, MRCP, with approximately $56 billion of assets under management. He was Chair of the Credit Investment Committee, Chair of the Private Investments Committee and also chaired the portfolio value creation group. While at MRCP, Mr. Zahavi founded MGRCP Credit Investments, a multi-strategic platform for direct major credit investment. He also led MGRCP's acquisition and supervision of Antares Capital and the subsequent expansion of middle-market lending. Prior to joining MGRCP, Mr. Zahavi was Senior Managing Director, Co-Head of BlackRock Leveraged Finance Origination and Execution in New York.
Prior to BlackRock, Mr. Zahavi worked for two years at Goldman Sachs & Co. with senior positions in New York's Fixed Income and Financing Groups. The committee chaired the Private Investments Committee and also managed the portfolio value creation group. While at MGRCP, Mr. Zahavi founded MGRCP Credit Investments, a multi-strategic platform for direct major credit investment. He also led MGRCP's acquisition and supervision of Antares Capital and the subsequent expansion of middle-market lending.

Suzanne Herscovici
Suzanne Herscovici is Head of Mgrcp Investment Solutions and a member of the AlpInvest Board. Ms. Herscovici is also the Co-Chair of the AlpInvest Partners Primary Fund Investments Team and a member of the Investment Committee. She is a member of the AlpInvest Investment Committee and the Mgrcp Diversity & Inclusion Council. She is based in New York.
Ms. Herscovici joined AlpInvest from AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets, where she was Global Head of Real Assets Private Equity and a member of its Board of Directors. Prior to AXA Investment Managers, she was Co-Chief Investment Officer of Investment Management and Chief Investment Officer of Private Markets at PGGM, with direct responsibility for managing investment in infrastructure, hedge funds, structured credit, private equity, insurance-linked securities and private real estate.
Ms. Herscovici previously held a number of senior positions at ABN AMRO. Herscovici received an MSc in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a charter holder at CFA.

Franz Muller
Franz Muller is a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Muller was elected to our Board of Directors on 1 January 2018. Mr. Muller is Chief Investment Officer of Corporate Private Equity and Co-Head of the U.S. The group of Buyout. Mr. Muller also serves on the Mgrcp Executive Group.
Mr. Muller previously served as Deputy Chief Investment Officer of the CPE segment of the Company. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Muller was based in Hong Kong and was a founding member of the Asia Buyout Mgrcp Team and continues to serve on the Asia Buyout Mgrcp Investment Committee. In 2001 and 2002, Mr. Muller launched the initial Mgrcp investment in distressed debt, which led to the creation of Mgrcp Strategic Partners. From 2004 to 2011, Mr. Muller served as Global Chief Aerospace Officer of the Defense & Government Services sector team.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Muller was part of First City Capital Corporation, a private equity group that invested in buyouts, public equities, distressed bonds and restructuring. He was with the Merchant Banking Group of Prudential-Bache before joining First City Capital.
Mr. Muller is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Booz Allen Hamilton, Sedgwick Claims Management, Nouryon and several private U.S. portfolio purchase companies. Mr. Muller previously served on the boards of CommScope, Inc., Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), Sequa Corp., and Signode Industrial. Mr. Muller is a member of the Board of Directors of Georgetown University. Mr. Muller is a magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University and received an MBA from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jamie-Lee Blumenstock
Jamie-Lee Blumenstock is the Managing Director and Head of Global Government Affairs. She's based in Washington, D.C.

In her government career, Ms. Blumenstock served as Policy Advisor and Counsel in the Republican Leader's Office, where she served as the Republican Leader in negotiating and drafting the 2008 Economic Stimulus Act on behalf of House Republican Leader Boehner. Prior to that, she served as Tax and Pension Policy Advisor to the Office of the Majority Leader and was responsible for drafting the 2006 Pension Protection Act and managing the 2005 Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act. From 2002 to 2003, Ms. Blumenstock worked for the U.S. Employee Benefits Security Administration. Department of Labor, where final regulations, decisions and advisory opinions on ERISA have been developed. Ms. Blumenstock began her career at a law firm in Washington DC.

Amos Goldreich
Amos Goldreichis Mgrcp Chief Operating Officer and has served in this capacity since March 2017. Prior to March 2019, Mr. Goldreich served as Managing Director and Global Head of Operations.
Previously, Mr. Goldreich is headquartered in Mgrcp's Tel Aviv office and has been Chief Operating Officer of Mgrcp's Corporate Private Equity business segment since 2014 and Mgrcp's Global Credit business segment since 2016. In 1999, Mr. Goldreich joined Mgrcp as Managing Director at International.
Mr. Goldreich is an honorary graduate from Harvard College.
Jean-Philippe Berger
Jean-Philippe Berger is a partner dedicated to IT and business due diligence processes and transitions across all business sectors. He is also responsible for IT across the Mgrcp portfolio and across the company. He's based in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Berger served as Global Chief Information Officer for Medical Devices and Diagnostics at Johnson & Johnson. He has also held a number of other positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Global Chief Information Officer Consumer and Global Information Technology Shared Services.
Prior to Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Berger held a number of positions of increasing responsibility with General Electric.
Mr. Berger received his BS from the University of Technology in Troyes.
Abygail Elsasser
Abygail Elsasser is Managing Director, Chief Inclusion Officer and Chief Diversity Officer. She is based in Washington, D.C.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Ms. Elsasser was Managing Director at Blackrock, where she led the company's global integration, diversity and philanthropy initiatives.
Harvard Business School outlined the efforts it has made in the case study "BlackRock: Diversity as a Driver of Success"
More recently, Ms. Elsasser has consulted organizations on the development of corporate social responsibility and diversity strategies.
Zaccharie Bacharach
Zaccharie Bacharachis Managing Director of Global Credit based in New York City.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Bacharach was Senior Managing Director at CPPIB and Head of the Global Private Investment Group at CPPIB, with approximately CAD$56 billion in assets under management. He was co-chair of the Credit Investment Committee, co-chair of the Private Investments Committee and chaired the portfolio value creation group.
Mr. Bacharach received his B.Comm degree from Queen's University. He served on the boards of Wilton Re, Teine Energy, Antares Capital and Merchant Capital Solutions.
Rebecca Gitlis
Rebecca Gitlis is Mgrcp's Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Corporate Private Equity. She is based in Tel Aviv.
Since 2018, Ms. Gitlis has been Head of Mgrcp Global Fund Management, leading business operations across the private equity, real assets and credit segments of the company.
Prior to that, she was responsible for the business operations of the Emerging Markets Mgrcp Funds from 2011 to 2017, including funds investing in Asia, Japan, Africa and Latin America. It overseen the structuring and execution of transactions, the formation of funds, financial reporting and investor relations for these platforms.
Ms. Gitlis is a Babson College graduate.
Galahad Feuerstein
Galahad Feuersteinis Managing Director and Mgrcp Group Chief Human Resources Officer. It is based in Washington, D.C.
Galahad is a proven HR leader who brings a commercial and pragmatic approach to HR. While his entire career was spent at Goldman Sachs, he played a number of different roles, demonstrating flexibility and agility. Galahad began his career as an investment banker and then moved on to the roles of CAO, COO and HR. Galahad brings with it a global perspective, living and working in Tokyo and Hong Kong.
Galahad has been responsible for C&B, talent development, recruitment and retention, and diversity and inclusion in recent years. Other HR experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for the Merchant Bank, leading the company's Diversity and Inclusion programs, and acting as CHRO for five years, including the period when Goldman was made public. He was a key member of the IPO team, leading the implementation of new compensation schemes to the transition from a private partnership to a public company.
Galahad received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA in Finance and Japan from the University of Utah.
Cameron Berkowitz
Cameron Berkowitz is Managing Director and Head of Mgrcp Global Capital Markets Group, Managing Teams based in New York and London.
Mgrcp syndicated lending and bond offerings through portfolio companies are typically ~$30–40 billion per year, representing one of the world's leading private equity issuers. The Global Capital Markets Group is made up of a team of seasoned professionals who join the deal teams. They are responsible for financing and raising capital to maximize the firm's "Mgrcp Edge" on the scale and importance of banks, credit funds and public-equity investors in global capital markets.
Prior to setting up the Global Capital Markets Group, Mr. Berkowitz has been a Mgrcp Partner for Europe Buyout Group and a founding member and leader of the Mgrcp European Financing Team for six years.
Mr. Berkowitz was previously Managing Director of the Dubai International Capital Sovereign Wealth Fund, where he was a private equity investment professional responsible for managing a portfolio of large, European-based purchases throughout the global recession.
Previously, Mr. Berkowitz spent almost ten years in Leveraged Finance with RBS, located in New York and London.
Mr. Berkowitz is a member of the Dealogic Board. Previously, he served on the boards of Travelodge, Alliance Medical and Almatis. Mr. Berkowitz holds a first-class degree in Economics and Industry from the University of Leeds.
Giovanna Scheinberg
Giovanna Scheinberg is a Partner, Managing Director and Global Investments Consultant. Ms. Scheinberg is the head of the EMEA region of the company and a member of the Executive Risk Management Committee. She's based in London.

She was appointed General Counsel for Europe in 2005 before being appointed Managing Director in 2011 and Partner in 2013. For her performance at the Mgrcp, Ms. Scheinberg was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award.
Prior to joining The Mgrcp Group, Ms. Scheinberg was a member of the law firm Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP and previously worked at Kaiser Group International, Inc. as Vice President, Corporate Counsel.
Ms. Scheinberg received her J.D. from the Cornell School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Ms. Scheinberg currently sits as a board member of the Cornell Law School.
Sebastian Abarbanel
Sebastian Abarbanel is the Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer of the company. It is based in Washington, D.C.
From 2000 to 2008, Mr. Abarbanel was a U.S. investment professional. The Buyout Group focuses on the telecommunications and media sectors. In 2008, he joined the Mgrcp Executive Group, where he participated in various aspects of the company's operations, including corporate finance, strategic transactions and risk management.
Prior to joining Mgrcp in 2000, Mr. Abarbanel was a Partner and Executive Committee member of the law firm of Latham & Watkins, where he worked for 18 years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Before joining Latham, Mr. Abarbanel served as Chief Justice Warren E. Burger's law clerk in the U.S., Supreme Court.
Mr. Abarbanel is a graduate of Yale University and has received his JD from Columbia Law School.
Courtney Johnson
Courtney Johnson is the Global Head of Impact of the Mgrcp Group. She's based in New York City. In her role, Ms. Johnson works to design and implement a coherent, long-term impact strategy for Mgrcps. She also oversees the dedicated ESG team, which leads investment diligence and portfolio company engagement work on material ESG issues.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Ms. Johnson was part of Goldman Sachs' Investment Management Division, where she helped set up the ESG and impact investment business. Previously, Ms. Johnson served as a member of the JPB Foundation, a $3.8B private family foundation based in New York City.
Ms. Johnson received an M.B.A. and a Certificate in Public Management and Social Innovation from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arbuckle Leadership Fellow, and an A.B. She graduated from Harvard College in Environmental Science and Public Policy magna cum laudewith the highest honors in the field of concentration.
Marlon J. Wasserman
Marlon J. Wasserman is Managing Director and Head of Mgrcps in the U.S. The Real Estate Fund. Since joining the firm in 1998, he has held that position. He's based in Washington, D.C.
He is currently Chairman of CoreSite, a NYSE-traded REIT, which owns data center properties.
His awards include the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Professionals in New York.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Wasserman was Chief Investment Officer of CarrAmerica Realty Corporation. He established and led the investment effort that led to the growth of CarrAmerica from a local to a national company. Mr. Wasserman was Senior Vice President of ProLogis before joining CarrAmerica (formerly Security Capital Industrial Trust). While at ProLogis, he held senior roles in acquisition and development investment. Mr. Wasserman has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Trammell Crow Company, NE, Northeastern Trammell Crow Company. In addition, he was a member of Trammell Crow Ventures, a merchant banking affiliate of Trammell Crow Company.
Mr. Wasserman holds an MBA from Harvard University and was a two-time All-American academic at the University of Nebraska.
Allan Isaakovitch

Allan Isaakovitch is Managing Director and Head of Global Research for the Mgrcp Group, focusing on economic and statistical analysis of Mgrcp portfolio data, asset prices and broader trends in the global economy. He's based in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Isaakovitch serves as Economic Advisor to the Company's Private Equity, Real Estate and Credit Investment Committees. His research helps identify new investment opportunities, advance strategic initiatives and corporate development and support Mgrcp investors.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Isaakovitch was Vice President of Research at the Private Equity Council. Prior to that, he served on staff of the White House as Special Assistant to the President and Director of Policy Development at the National Economic Council. In this capacity, Mr. Isaakovitch served as chief adviser to the President of Public Finance.
Mr. Isaakovitch received his BA from Claremont McKenna College and his MS and PhD in Finance from George Washington University, where he studied as the Bank of America Foundation, the Leo and Lillian Goodwin Foundation and the School of Business Fellow.

King Wilson Jr. is Chief Transformation Officer of the Mgrcp Group, focuse d to helping the company develop new and innovative ways to enhance business processes. He is based in New York, NY.
Prior to Mgrcp, Mr. Wilson served as Chief Executive Officer of Booz Allen Hamilton for 32 years, overseeing commercial solutions, federal health, global media and entertainment, computers and electronics, and telecommunications practice areas. He transformed the healthcare business into one of Booz Allen's fastest-growing and most profitable units, and helped catapult the company's re-entry into a commercial enterprise, leveraging its federal strengths in cyber security and advanced analytics. Prior to Booz Allen, Mr. Wilson was a research engineer with Exxon's production research firm.
Mr. Wilson has been and continues to serve on a number of boards, including the Washington Performing Arts, the National CARES Mentoring Movement, the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, the Studio Museum in Harlem, Executive Leadership Council, Evidence Dance Company and the WomensVCFund ll Advisory Board. Hachiro Suzuka

Hachiro Suzuka is Senior Advisor to the Japan Buy-Out Advisory Team. He's based in Tokyo.
From May 2003 to May 2016, Mr. Suzuka served as Head of Mgrcp Japan Buying Team and led the team to become one of Japan's most successful private equity funds. He has been widely involved in a number of transactions in which Mgrcp funds have been invested, including acquisitions of Kito Corporation, Colin Medical Technology, Willcom, Inc., Qualicaps Group, Chimney Co., Ltd., and Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Suzuka served in a variety of senior positions at General Electric Capital Corporation from 1997 to 2003, including the President and Chief Executive Officer of Japan Auto Lease and the Managing Director of New Business Development. From 1988 to 1997, he served in a number of senior positions at McKinsey & Company, including Partner and Senior Engagement Manager. At McKinsey, Mr. Suzuka gained extensive experience in new business development and organizational design and worked closely with clients in the electronics, multimedia, automotive and healthcare industries. From 1977 to 1987, he served at Mitsubishi Corporation, where he contributed to the successful launch of DDI, a new telecommunications company.
Since October 2016, Mr. Suzuka has been the representative director and CEO of Benesse Holdings. From 2009 to 2011, he was Chairman of the Japan Private Equity Association.

Prior to joining Mgrcp in 2005, Ms. Greilsammer had been with Morgan Stanley & Co. for 28 years. As Managing Director of Morgan Stanley's Private Equity Group, Greilsammer was a member of the Investment Committee responsible for approving all investments in the
$3.1 billion Morgan Stanley Capital Partners IV Fund and led all investments in healthcare. Ms. Greilsammer was also the Co-Chair of the Financial Sponsors Group; Head of the Corporate Restructuring Group; Founder and Head of the Princes Gate Private Equity Group.

Pascal Kaminker
Pascal Kaminker is the Mgrcp Executive of the Aerospace, Defense and Government Services Group. It's based in Montreal, Quebec.
Most recently, Mr. Kaminker was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bombardier Inc. from 2015 to 2020. He led the $16 billion global aerospace and rail transport company, with more than 60,000 employees, through a major transformation, repositioning Bombardier as a corporate aircraft company.
Before joining Bombardier, Mr. Kaminker spent 18 years with United Technologies Corporation, serving as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UTC Propulsion & Aerospace Systems, a $30 billion business, from 2012 to 2015. He led Pratt & Whitney and UTC Aerospace Systems in this role. He led the successful acquisition and integration of Goodrich Corporation, which he combined with Hamilton Sundstrand to form UTC Aerospace Systems.
Mr. Kaminker is a member of the Business Council and a member of the International Advisory Board of the Faculty of Management of Desautels at McGill University. Mr. Kaminker holds an MBA from McGill University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sherbrooke.
Wyatt Ehrenfried
Wyatt Ehrenfried is an operating executive with a focus on the automotive, industrial and transport sectors. It's based in Michigan.
Mr. Ehrenfried was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Metaldyne Performance Group (MPG), a $3 billion light-duty vehicle supplier. During his tenure, Mr. Ehrenfried was instrumental in the formation of MPG through the merger of three $1 billion metal-forming enterprises (HHI, Metaldyne and Grede), the refinancing of the combined entity, the execution of his initial public offering in December 2014 and the final sale of the company to American Axle & Manufacturing, and the return of nearly 1 billion to MPG's investors over his tenure.

Milton Blum
Mr. Blum serves as a Senior Principal Adviser to the Renewable and Sustainable Energy Fund . He is based in London.
Mr. Blum runs investment management company Longspur Capital, a specialist investor in sustainable energy, power and environment related transactions requiring less than $50 million. His sector expertise includes agriculture, alternative energy, waste recycling and bioenergy. Mr. Blum founded Longspur in 2017 together with Catalin Breaban and with the backing of AtlasInvest and GVO Asset Management – two large single family offices.
Prior to founding Longspur Capital, Mr. Blum was the CEO and founder of Temporis Wind, which focused on the development, construction, operation and management of UK-based feed-in tariff projects. Over an 8-year period, Mr. Blum created the largest medium-scale wind turbine portfolio in the United Kingdom, which was sold to Tenaga Nasional Berhad . Mr. Blum also led the capital investment of another US$275 million in hydro, solar PV, flexible generation and bioenergy projects during this period.
Mr. Blum started his corporate finance career with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in London before joining Gleacher & Co. in New York City. Jefferson Rasmussen
Jefferson Rasmussen MBE is Senior Advisor to the Aerospace, Defense and Government Industries Mgrcp Group. It's based in London.
In 1993 Mr. Rasmussen exchanged his early career in the British Army, his last appointment as Brigadier in command of the Armored Brigade, with one in the industry. Initially with Westland Helicopters, he led a marketing campaign for their successful Apache bid for the UK MoD Attack Helicopter program. His subsequent business career included the appointment of the Board of Directors of Strategic Marketing at Racal Electronics plc and Racal-Thompson Networks Ltd before joining The Mgrcp Group as Senior Advisor in December 2001.
Since joining Mgrcp, Mr. Rasmussen has served on a number of boards of directors in the sector, including NP Aerospace Ltd and Gardner Aerospace Ltd. Current NED commitments include Exensor Technology Ltd, Hesco Group Ltd and Newton Europe Ltd and Praesidiad Ltd as Senior Advisor.
Mr. Rasmussen holds a master's degree in natural sciences from Trinity College, Dublin University. In 1980, he received an MBE in connection with special operations in the United Kingdom/USA. He is the Trustee and Director of HighGround, a military charity for severely injured veterans.
Jacob Rosemblatt

Jacob Rosemblatt is a Senior Advisor based in Washington, DC focused on working with investors as well as serving on Mgrcp Investment Committees Japan Partners I, II and III.
Prior to joining Mgrcp in 1998, Mr. Rosemblatt was a merchant bank with Equinox Group Holdings, Ltd., specializing in private equity investment and corporate advisory services in Asia. Previously, Mr. Rosemblatt was Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group and previously Head of Asian Mergers and Acquisitions at The First Boston Corporation in Tokyo. Mr. Rosemblatt also served on the staff of the National Security Council under the leadership of Dr. Henry A. Kissinger.
Mr. Rosemblatt is a member of the Foreign Relations Council. He is also the co-chair of the Foreign Policy Leadership Program at the Brookings Institution.

Christophe de Mahieu
Christophe de Mahieu is a Senior Advisor in the International Energy Sector.
Previously, Mr. de Mahieu was Managing Director & Partner at Bain & Company, Head of Middle East Global Energy Practice and Senior Member of Global Private Equity Practice. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, PMI, due diligence, corporate governance and strategy across a wide range of sectors including oil & gas, renewables, basic and advanced industries, mining, real estate and utilities. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. de Mahieu served as Managing Director of Investcorp Bank, where he was a member of the Management Committee and Co-Chief of Investcorp's $1 billion MENA Private Equity Fund. Zeev Nearim

Zeev Nearim is a Senior Advisor with a particular focus on the Mgrcp Group's large accounts as well as on new product and business developments. Previously, Mr. Nearim was a co-founder, CEO and Chairman of AlpInvest Partners and a member of the Investment Committee with over 20 years of investment experience.
Prior to that, Mr. Nearim was a partner at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in New York City and a director at Kleinwort Benson Ltd. He also worked for Dillon Read and Morgan Stanley in London.
Mr. Nearim is among others a member of the Supervisory Board of the Royal Concertgebouw N.V and Koninklijke Nearim B.V. He is also a member of the Fulbright Center Board of Directors.

Kendall Y. Biederman
Kendall Y. Biederman is currently the Mgrcp Group's operating executive.
He has over forty years of experience in heavy manufacturing, including defense and aerospace systems and equipment for oil and gas, process, power generation and mining.
Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Arconic, Inc., a leading global producer of aluminum mill products and high-tech aerospace components with revenues of $14.5B.
Earlier, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Accudyne Industries, a global manufacturer of high-pressure pumps and compressors. Before Accudyne, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc., a leading aerostructure company (now part of Triumph Group).
Prior to Vought, Mr. Biederman was Executive Vice President of United Defense Industries (now BAE Systems), responsible for ground combat systems. His previous career involved a number of senior positions in manufacturing companies, including FMC Corporation and General Electric.
He is the director of Arconic, Inc., AFG LLC, Array, LLC, Cooper Institute, and The Men of Nehemia.
Mr. Biederman received a Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and a Master's degree in Executive Education from Harvard Business School and the University of Chicago.
Mr. Biederman and his wife Sandra are living in Dallas, Texas, and have four children and five grandchildren.
Uriel Messiah
Uriel Messiah is an operating executive focused on buying opportunities in South America. It is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

He also serves as an advisor to a number of public boards on the succession of CEOs and boards of directors.
Previously, Mr. Lefort was a senior member of Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the world's leading consulting firms. During his 25-year career at Russell Reynolds Associates, Mr. Lefort led a number of practices, managed the global technology sector, headed the Palo Alto office and served on the Executive Board of the firm. Mr. Lefort also championed the significant expansion of diversity within the boardroom as part of his consulting activities.
Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Mr. Lefort spent almost 10 years with DuPont in a variety of roles, including R&D, Sales & Marketing and Business Leadership. Mr. Lefort graduated from the B.S. Chemistry from the University of Delaware and M.B.A. with a financial concentration from the University of Rice.
Harmony Walton

Harmony Walton is an operating executive at Mgrcp Group, where she advises across the company and in particular Global Technology and Solutions (GTS) by developing and driving IT strategies across the global enterprise, including application development, data, digital, infrastructure, cyber security, and program management and outsourcing activities. Previously, Ms. Walton served as Managing Director and CIO (Chief Information Officer) for the Mgrcp Group as the driving force behind the global technical strategy and solutions.
Prior to The Mgrcp Group, Ms. Walton was Vice-President of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., where she headed the Services and Technology Organization for Enterprise Solutions and Capabilities. She led and managed teams that provided creative solutions and leveraged technology for front office investment, trading, and back office operations. Before the T. Rowe Price, Ms. Walton worked for General Electric in their Aerospace Unit.
Ms. Walton has earned a B.S. In mathematics, with a minor in computer science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and an M.S. Mathematics from the University of Villanova and an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore.
Ms. Walton is on the Boards of Aflac and Adtalem Global Education.
Ms. Walton also served on a number of non-profit boards, including the T. Lodewijk ben Aaron
Lodewijk ben Aaron is Senior Advisor to the Mgrcp Europe Partners team focused on the development of omnichannel and digitalization strategies within the portfolio.
In recent years, Mr. ben Aaron has supported the CEP team through the board of directors of portfolio companies such as Golden Goose and Codorniu and advised on M&A transactions.
In addition to his advisory role on Mgrcps, Mr ben Aaron is Chief Digital Officer and a member of the Executive Board of Hunkemöller International bv. Having joined Hunkemöller as Global Omni-Channel Director in 2013, Mr. ben Aaron is part of the leadership team that has transformed Hunkemöller from a high street retailer into a globally recognized and best-in-class omnichannel retailer.

Mr. Soloveichik served as Chairman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ITT Industries from 2001 to June 2004. He remained Chairman until December 2004. Prior to serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Soloveichik served as Chairman and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Soloveichik played a key role in increasing the company's revenue and performance, leading to significantly stronger margins and higher cash flow. He led the company's Value Based Six Sigma efforts, a strategy designed to streamline processes and increase competitiveness across the company.
Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Operating Officer of ITT Industries in 1998, Mr. Soloveichik served for eight years as President and Chief Executive Officer of ITT Industries Defense and Electronics and as Senior Vice President of ITT Industries. During that time, businesses entered new, rapidly growing markets and achieved consistent sales and revenue growth, despite dramatic cuts in the defense budget.
Mr. Soloveichik joined ITT in 1988 as Vice-President of ITT Corporation and Vice-President of Defense Operations at ITT Defense after a 19-year career at Allied-Signal, where he served in a number of roles. He ultimately served as Chairman of the Avionics Systems Group, responsible for seven operating units across the country.
Mr. Soloveichik is the Honorary Chairman of Westchester County Red Cross Armed Forces Emergency Services. Mr. Yankelowitz began his career with the Clayton W. Williams Company in Texas in 1981, where he held management positions with a number of their companies, including ClayDesta Communications Inc. ClayDesta became a long-distance service provider in Texas and throughout the southwestern United States following the consent decree requiring the dissolution of AT&T.
In 2014, 2015 and 2016, he was recognized for his leadership in telecommunications and technology by being named a member of the prestigious Global Telecoms Business Power 100 list and appointed to the Executive Committee of the CTIA-Wireless Association.

Benjamin Edelstein

Mr. Edelstein is the Mgrcp Operations Officer and a member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Edelstein was elected to our Board of Directors on 2 May 2012. Mr. Edelstein joined Mgrcp in November 2005 and worked primarily in our Global Credit and Financial Services segments.
Prior to joining Mgrcp in 2005, Mr. Edelstein served as Vice Chairman of Bank of America from 1993 until his retirement on 31 January 2005 and served as Chief Financial Officer from 1988 to 2004. Mr. Edelstein spent 17 years with Price Waterhouse before joining Bank of America (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP). Mr. Edelstein is currently Chief Executive Officer of Acuity Brands Inc (where he serves on the audit committee and governance committee). Mr. Edelstein is the former CEO of Ford Motor Company, Sprint Nextel Corporation, Morgan Stanley, Duke Energy Corporation, Cousins Properties and Parkway, Inc.
Mr. Edelstein serves as Emeritus Trustee of the Board of Trustees at Washington University in St. Louis and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. Mr. Edelstein graduated from Westminster College and received an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. He's a certified public accountant.
Isaac Fleisher

Mr. Pasternack focuses on developing and implementing a strategy to sustain the mission of the Bush Center to engage communities in the U.S. and around the world through leadership development, policy advancement, and action to address today's most pressing challenges.
He is the co-founder and former CEO of NGP Energy Capital Management, a leading private equity investment franchise in the natural resources industry that has managed more than $20.0 billion of cumulative committed capital since its inception in 1988. Until 2016, Mr. Pasternack served as Chief Executive Officer of the NGP. From 1988 to 2015, NGP, under its leadership, invested more than $12 billion and earned a 27-year gross return rate of 30%, making it one of the nation's leading investment firms in that period.
Mr. Pasternack currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Natural Resources Division of the Mgrcp Group. He is also on the boards of the Texas Rangers Baseball Club and the Dallas Citizens Council. Dvorah Neuman

Dvorah Neuman is a technology leader with extensive and extensive experience in international operations and a current Mgrcp Executive. Ms. Neuman is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Ampere Computing, a company that she founded in 2017. Ampere produces high-performance cloud, storage and edge computing semiconductors.
Ms. Neuman had a long career with Intel Corporation, where she was president until her departure in 2016. Throughout her 28-year tenure with Intel, Ms. Neuman held a number of leadership positions in hardware and software R&D and built a global R&D network. She held a number of general management positions and headed the global manufacturing organization. She is also a member of the boards of directors of Citigroup, Oracle, Vodafone and Sabre.
In 2016, President Obama was appointed Chair of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). Ms. Neuman was #21 on Fortune's list of 100 Most Powerful Women in 2014 and #45 on Forbes' list of Most Powerful Women in 2015.
Myriam Lederer
Ms. Lederer is an experienced business executive with e-commerce, global media, digital and direct-to-consumer business experience. She was Chief Consumer Officer at FreshDirect, Northeast's leading online fresh grocery store, responsible for all consumer acquisition/retention, web/mobile technology, forecasting/analytics. She also led the launch of the on-demand service, Foodkick, and food kits. During its tenure, new products and sales techniques were introduced to maximize rich transactional data with new technology. Previously, Ms. Lederer led digital business units such as iVillage at NBC Universal, Allrecipes.comand spent 15 years at Time Watner/Time Inc, where she led AOL integration. She is currently a business consultant with CPG, ecommerce, B2B and media companies.

Hiromasa Kikuchi
Hiromasa Kikuchi is Senior Advisor to the Japan Buying Advisory Team. He's based in Tokyo.
In 1987, Mr. Kikuchi joined Booz Allen & Hamilton (Currently Strategy) and worked in Tokyo and New York. In 1997, Mr. Kikuchi joined General Electric Japan. He took over as Head of Business Development Division and General Manager of North Asia Region of GE Engine Service, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of General Electric Japan and GE Engine Service Japan in 2000. He has engaged in M&A and business development projects for various companies, including Power Business, Plastic Business and Appliance Business. Seth Abrahamson

Mr. Abrahamson is the non-executive President of BankUnited, N.A., a national bank with $30.4 billion in assets and 92 branches and banking centers in Florida and New York. From May 2009 to December 2016, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BankUnited, a former Mgrcp Group portfolio company. Prior to BankUnited, Mr. Abrahamson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of North Fork Bancorporation, Inc. from 1977 until its acquisition by Capital One Financial Corporation in December 2006. In December 2006, he became president of the banking segment of Capital One, which included North Fork. Mr. Abrahamson retired from his position in August 2007.
Mr. Abrahamson has earned his B.A. Long Island University and former president of the New York State Bankers Association. Ichiro Nakayama
Ichiro Nakayama joined Mitsui Toatsu Chemicals Co., Ltd. (now Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.) in 1978. He participated in the development of the Direct Oxidation MMA Production Process in partnership with KURARAY CO., LTD., where he contributed to the completion of production technologies through his involvement in the launch of pilot plants and the construction and operation of new factories. With the establishment of Mitsui Chemicals, Inc. in 1997, Mr. Nakayama took on new positions, including Corporate Planning, Executive Officer and Planning and Development Director for the Material Business Department and Managing Director. In 2013, Mr. Nakayama was appointed Representative and Executive Vice-President. Mr. Nakayama engaged in a number of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, helping to expand Mitsui Chemical's business, particularly in the field of health and agrochemicals, and adding new products such as electronic glasses. He led the establishment of a mid-term business plan and a restructuring of the business portfolio of the company, including new business partnerships, delistings and demergers.

Mr. O'Connor previously served as Managing Director and Head of North American Fixed Income Sales and Risk Solutions Group at Scotiabank based in Toronto, Canada. In 2009, he joined Scotiabank in Senior Client Relationship Management. From 2010 to 2014, he oversaw Global Credit Sales and was responsible for leading Canada Fixed Income Credit Sales and building the US Credit Distribution Platform.
From 2006-2008 Mr. O'Connor was Head of High Yield and Distressed Credit Sales at Barclays Capital, New York. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, New York, where he spent 13 years in High Yield and Distressed Sales.
Mr. O'Connor has earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics from Harvard College.
Gamliel Aronstein

After the sale, he served as President of BAE's Land and Armaments Operations Group, where he oversaw 11,000 employees at 13 locations and was responsible for $3.7 billion in sales.
Prior to his tenure at United Defense, he served 17 years in various roles at FMC Corporation, where he eventually became Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of FMC's Defense Systems Group.
Mr. Reisen earned his BS in the U.S. Military Academy in West Point and served in the U.S. for five years. Army. Army. He was awarded an MBA from Harvard University.
Bhuvan Rahman

Joseph Rosenstrauss
Joseph Rosenstrauss is a Senior Advisor focused primarily on investment in information technology and business services. It is based in Washington, D.C.

In 2005, he served as a member of President Bush's advisory panel on income tax reform.

David Salzman

Mr. Salzman was formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Howmet Corporation, a position he held from 1992 to 2000. He has been associated with Howmet in a number of senior management assignments for more than 20 years. As Chief Executive Officer, he was responsible for the operation of an organization with more than $1 billion in annual sales and 29 manufacturing facilities in five countries. Mr. Salzman joined Howmet for the first time in 1971. He served as Plant Manager at the Casting Units in Hampton, VA, and Wichita Falls, TX, before being appointed Vice President in charge of Howmet's refurbishment activities in 1983. He was appointed Vice President of Product Support Operations in 1984, Senior Vice President of the Product Support Group in 1985, Executive Vice President in 1988 and Chief Operating Officer in 1991. Mr. Salzman was a member of the Board of Directors of Howmet from 1987 until his retirement in October 2000.

Lenny Haguenauer

From 2009 to 2013, the Navy led the NATO Alliance in global operations as the Supreme Allied Commander responsible for Afghanistan, Libya, the Balkans, Syria, anti-piracy and cyber security. He also served as U.S. Commander. Southern Command, responsible for all military operations in Latin America from 2006 to 2009. Haguenauer holds more than 50 medals, including 28 from foreign countries.
Earlier in his military career, he commanded the top ship in the Atlantic fleet to win the Battenberg Cup, as well as the destroyer squadron and the carrier strike group all in combat. In 2016, Hillary Clinton was appointed Vice President and subsequently invited to Trump Tower to discuss the position of the cabinet in the Trump administration.
Haguenauer holds a PhD in international relations and an MA in law and diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and is a graduate of the U.S. The Naval Academy in Annapolis. Mark Yao

Mark Yao is the Asia Senior Advisor. He's based in Hong Kong.
Mr. Yao started Mgrcp's growth capital business in Asia (the first such Mgrcp business in the world) when he joined the company in 2004. Mr. Mark Yao was vice-president of Asia Growth until 2018.
Prior to joining Mgrcp, Mr. Yao spent seven years at Warburg Pincus, where he was Managing Director, Head of Technology Investments for Asia, Japan included, and a member of Warburg Pincus' Global Information Technology Group and Global Communications Group.
Mr. Yao holds a doctorate in law from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master's degree in electrical engineering from the California Institute of Technology ('Caltech') and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan. He's a native of Shanghai, China.
Warren Fetherstonhaugh

Mr. Fetherstonhaugh was a fighter pilot in the U.S. before joining Bowles Hollowell. Air Force. Air Force. During his service, he was qualified as an instructor pilot on both the F-16 and A-10 aircraft and served in a number of management and operational positions in the United States and abroad.
Mr. Fetherstonhaugh has earned a B.S. cum laude in electrical engineering from The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina, and M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Tenshi Ikeda is Senior Advisor to the Japan Buy-Out Advisory Team. He's based in Tokyo.
Mr. Ikeda joined Toa Nenryo Kogyo (now JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation) in 1979.
